Angela Watson is the founder of the 40 Hour Workweek program with over a decade of experience as an instructional coach.

In addition to her work as a leader in the instructional coaching field, Nicole serves teachers as an Instructional Coach in Indianapolis, IN, specializing in working with instructional coaches on the foundations of coaching. With a focus on high-impact teaching, Nicole works with teachers, interventionists, and academic coaches to increase student test scores through data-driven small group instruction and the implementation of the SIMPLY Math Workshop™ Model in the upper elementary and middle school classrooms.

Nicole has 17 years of K-12 classroom and leadership experience ranging from working as a classroom teacher to a school improvement and turnaround specialist for the Indiana Department of Education. Her professional memberships include the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Indiana State Teacher Association, Indiana State Reading Association, and the Indiana Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
